FREE GATHERING – Women Supporting Women in Business – Non-profit Leaders Monthly Round Table

Do you often feel alone as a leader in a non-profit in this community?
Do you feel like you might be out of the loop about what other local leaders are doing?
What if you just don’t know the other local women leaders in your community and would like a forum in which to get to know each other better?
What if you could share your wins and frustrations in a safe, supportive, solutions driven and confidential community?
This new women’s forum’s focus is to share ideas, gather information and connect. We are hoping to form a group that allows women leaders of non-profits on Vashon to come together to collaborate, to support each other, and provide insights from different perspectives. Our goal is to create engaging dialogue around community building, partnering and even work through difficult topics.
Any woman (or female/non-binary identified) who plays any leadership role in a local non-profit is welcomed and encouraged to attend. Our community engagement rules take confidentiality and safety seriously – so those who wish to participate will sign a confidentiality waiver.
This is a FALL SERIES of 3 gatherings in our Key Community programming. These are FREE to attend. They are also a commitment that we ask from attendees – to build and embed in community and to support each other. Registration is required and attendance for the duration of the program is strongly encouraged (but we also understand the need to be flexible).
