FREE CLASS – Keeping Your Stories Alive Through Creativity

FREE CLASS – Keeping Your Stories Alive Through Creativity
October 8 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

In our digital age – are you finding that all of your memories are stuck in the cloud?
Is your family missing the physical and tangible opportunity to connect to the memories you make together?
At the end of the day – all we really have is our story and the connection to the ones we love. Life is beautiful and moments with family and friends are worth saving, sharing, remembering and cherishing.
Our first meeting will be to describe scrapbook making as a way to keep memories alive, unlock one’s creativity, boost one’s mood, increase self esteem and socialize with others.
Please bring a notepad and pen to take notes!
For those that want to continue and learn how to document their stories through photos, memorabilia and journaling in a scrapbook, we will help you get prepared for future gatherings when we can get those books started.

Mary C Bergman M.D. is a now retired! She spent 35 years as a Pediatrician with children and families. She is now her families Biographer and Memory Keeper, and has been doing this for 30 yrs. She does not consider herself an artist nor a writer – but we beg to differ. This is a FALL SERIES of 3 classes in our Key Community programming. These classes are FREE to attend. They are also a commitment that we ask from attendees – to build and embed in community and to support each other. Registration is required and attendance for the duration of the program is strongly encouraged (but we also understand the need to be flexible).
