FREE SUPPORT GROUP – Empty Nesters… or Soon to Be – for moms

Who are we when our children are gone?
Have your chicks already flown the coop or are they preparing to launch?
Do you find yourself swirling between the excitement of having more time on your hands than you can ever remember having and deep sadness that comes with the knowledge your home will soon be empty of children (or at least until they come back home to do their laundry)?
Then this group is for you. Join us to talk about our joys, deepest fears, dismay at realizing our messy house wasn’t because of our children, and anything else that comes with being an empty nester.
We will have a unique topic every week and support one another through what is a very challenging and not often talked about time.

This is a FALL SERIES of 3 classes in our Key Community programming. These classes are FREE to attend. They are also a commitment that we ask from attendees – to build and embed in community and to support each other. Registration is required and attendance for the duration of the program is strongly encouraged (but we also understand the need to be flexible).
