COMMUNICATION ALCHEMY: Transforming the Relationship Mindset is a one-day training intensive on adaptive communication strategies for relationship building in your personal and professional communities by understanding your unique behavioral styles and patterns.
Relationships are essential in all areas of life, and having skilled communication will help foster your ability to overcome obstacles and misunderstandings in meaningful ways. It will also help deepen a practical understanding of others that are challenging or mysterious to you.

About your facilitators:
Paulette Sun-Davis, Co-founder of Empowerment Technology Corporation and author of The Promise of Fulfillment, is a devoted conflict resolution specialist emphasizing commitment-based communication. Paulette began her personal and professional development journey in 1979 and has developed programs for individuals and organizations that elevate collective mindsets to form common goals and cooperation. The training and processes for Communication Alchemy were created and designed by Paulette and her husband, Michael Davis, to help managers reach their teams with more compassion and humanity, resulting in powerful results across organizations. ETC licenses its programming to qualified coaches and consultants to continue this work in this world. As a trainer and corporate executive, Paulette brings a keen sense of skilled facilitation from decades of leading groups all over the US and Canada.

Nicole Mercolino, managing director of One Now, a division of Empowerment Technology Corp and founder of Sacred Energy Essentials, is a devoted thinking partner and coaching consultant emphasizing transformation, messaging, and organizational strategy. Nicole began her journey in personal and professional development in the 80s, participating in some of the first “teen” programs designed to increase awareness, choice-making, and accountability for youth. These communication-focused trainings were the foundation of a long career involving human development through management roles, coaching one-on-one, and strategic consulting. As a trainer, Nicole brings compassion and skilled facilitation from years of coaching groups in organizations and leading energy / meditation-focused classes.
