Boundaries: A learning support group for women
November 21 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Do you feel constantly challenged by your lack of boundaries in your relationships, work and even for yourself? Boundaries help us define where things like our personhood, our identity, our responsibility, and our control begin and end relative to the other person or situation. A lack of boundaries affect women disproportionally because of our family history and what we have been taught as females in this world.
Join us as we navigate and learn together in a safe and confidential environment. We will be working from a book that will help us determine, establish and practice embedding better skills around boundaries into our own lives. Each person will have an opportunity to purchase the workbook at the first session.
Rashaun will be with us in person the first month of every quarter – to assist with challenges we face in learning new patterns. The other two months of the quarter we will work in a peer format.
